Asplenium aff. fragrans (large clone)

This beautiful fern is surprisingly vigorous for how delicate it looks.  When mature the rosette remains upright, about 8″ wide at most but often staying more compact. Runners grow from the base, quickly forming little colonies.  My stock plant came growing with a nice little liverwort, or maybe a fern gametophyte (?), so the ferns available include a small patch of that as well.  This species occurs throughout Ecuador and likely elsewhere.

Available plants are well rooted in 4″ pots and will be shipped potted.  If removing from the pot, be careful of rhizomes.  Sometimes half way down the pot you will find new fronds emerging from runners.
