Begonia metachroa
$36
An iridescent species from Brazil! quite the anomaly! This one loves its feet wet and does best in lower light (as most iridescent species do). In higher light, the foliage will be reddish-maroon instead of blue. It forms a full rosette, about 6-8″ across and nearly as tall. Like most South American species, it does well on sphagnum.
Available plants are well rooted and growing in 2″ pots. They will be shipped potted. The last photo is representative of the size plants available.
