A pretty silver species from Lidi, Indonesia.  It is slower growing but not too tricky, nice thick leaves when mature, and grows fairly upright, with leaves oriented perpendicular to the ground.

Available plants are well rooted in 2″ pots and will be shipped potted.  The last picture is representative of the plants available.
