This Pilea develops intense silvery white foliage when mature, with reddish purple leaf venation.  younger plants are all green.  This one is from Ecuador and gets about 8″ inches tall but in my experience has not bee particularly fast growing.  It can be propagated via leaf cuttings (larger leaves are best to use).

Available plants are well-rooted in 2″ pots. They will be shipped potted. The last photo is representative of the size plant you will receive.
