This wonderful Rhodospatha from Ecuador has exceptional purple foliage.  The leaves reach 5+ inches, and stay a beautiful silvery purple.  Before new leaves unfurl, they are red.  It likes to climb, and I can’t imagine it would do very well long term without a vertical surface to grow up.
