Selaginella sp. White Peru

This Selaginella is a wispy looking species, and so white that at times I’ve thought it dried out and died.  But alas, that’s just how it looks! With brighter light, it is a stark white and in low to moderate light it is a very pale green/white.  It drapes elegantly down towards the substrate after reaching a height of about 3″, and is on the slower side.  In my experience this Selaginella does not get leggy or weedy in the least bit.

The last photo is representative of the plants available.  They are well rooted and shipped meticulously in their pots.
